Looking at a used LX570 tomorrow and the seller seems a bit too eager if you know what I mean

There's this 2015 LX570 I've been eyeing on Dubizzle for a couple weeks now and I finally convinced the seller to let me come see it tomorrow morning out near Al Raha Beach and on paper it looks pretty clean with about one forty on the clock and the price is almost too good for the current market which of course makes my internal alarm bells start ringing just a little bit. The guy says it's been serviced regularly at a garage he knows but he doesn't have the receipts handy because he lost them during a move which is the oldest line in the book but I really want this to be the one because I've been hunting for a clean Land Cruiser or LX for months and everything decent gets snapped up within hours. I've been burned before on a used car here where the "minor accident" turned out to be a chassis repair that only showed up on a proper lift inspection so I'm not messing around this time and I want someone who knows these trucks inside and out to give it a proper going over before I hand over any cash. I've been searching for a lexus pre purchase inspection service abu dhabi that can do a compression test and check the AHC suspension pressures and all the things a normal visual once over would completely miss and I'd rather pay for an hour or two of expert eyes than end up with a money pit that needs ten thousand dirhams worth of work the week after I register it. Anyone used a shop around here that actually knows the 200 series platform well enough to spot the subtle stuff like a tired water pump or a rusty KDSS valve before it becomes my problem?
