Seller wants the money by tonight and I still haven't checked under the hood properly, am I rushing this?

I've been talking to this guy about a 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack that he's selling out in Mirdif and he just messaged me saying someone else is coming to see it tomorrow morning with cash in hand so if I want it I need to seal the deal tonight which of course is making my heart race and my brain turn to mush because the car sounds like a monster in the videos he sent and I've wanted a 392 for ages. He swears it's never been tuned and the diff is solid but I haven't even had a chance to look at the oil pressure at idle when it's hot or check if the active exhaust valves are stuck open from all the sand and heat cycles and the last thing I need is to find out the water pump is weeping coolant or the driveshaft center bearing is on its way out from too many hard launches. I was scrolling around trying to find someone who could squeeze me in today and I saw a listing for a Pre Purchase Dodge Inspection Dubai Today that claims they can come out on short notice with a scanner to read the misfire history and see if the PCM has ever been flashed. Is it completely insane to try and rush a proper checkup in the next couple hours or should I just let this one go and accept that the FOMO is clouding my better judgment? I just really don't want to be posting in the "What broke on your car this week" thread next month because I got too excited and skipped the basics.
