Gallardo E gear stuck in neutral and I'm panicking in a Sharjah parking lot

I honestly thought my Friday was going to be a nice leisurely drive out to Khorfakkan with the windows down and that V10 soundtrack bouncing off the mountains but instead I'm sitting in my 2008 Gallardo in a sandy parking lot near Industrial Area 5 with the gearbox refusing to engage any gear and the dash flashing an E gear warning that might as well be a picture of a bank vault being emptied. The car has been a bit lazy shifting into reverse lately and I kept telling myself I'd get it looked at next week but of course it chose the hottest afternoon of the month to completely give up on life and now I'm frantically searching on my phone for anyone who won't laugh me off the lot when I call for a tow truck. I found a website for a place that mentions Lamborghini Gearbox Repair Sharjah and they claim to work on these E gear systems specifically, something about the actuator pump motor wearing out and the clutch position sensor losing calibration which sounds exactly like the kind of specialized knowledge I need right now because the idea of flat bedding this thing to the main dealer in Dubai just to be told I need a twenty thousand dirham part that's on backorder from Italy makes me feel physically ill. Has anyone actually used a non dealership shop for a Gallardo gearbox issue around here and lived to tell the tale without the car ending up as a very expensive coffee table in someone's majlis?
