AC not as cold as it used to be – do I just need a recharge?

My 2018 Kia Sportage's AC still works but it's definitely not as cold as when I first bought the car. On a 45 degree day like today, it takes forever to cool down the cabin and even then it's just barely comfortable. No weird noises, no leaks that I can see under the car, and the air volume seems fine. I'm wondering if I just need to top up the refrigerant. I've heard that AC systems lose a little bit of gas over time naturally. I'm looking for a budget-friendly air conditioning regas Dubai that won't try to upsell me a whole new system if all I need is a recharge. I saw Dynostar's AC page and they mention leak testing before refilling which sounds responsible. Has anyone here done just a simple regas and noticed a big improvement in cooling? How much should I expect to pay for this? Also is it true that if the system is low on gas, it means there's a leak somewhere that should be fixed first? I don't want to pay for a recharge that only lasts a few weeks. Any honest shops in Al Quoz that do this without ripping people off? Thanks.
