This group has been created to discuss the ever growing challenge of the diminishing workforce in the construction industry. What is detering the younger generation from not entering a skilled trade position? Why don't they want a good paying career?

There is nothing more satisfying than to stand back at the end of the day and look at what you created, with pride of workmanship.
