Program Identity Templates: Choose between templates like Powerhouse, Pro Factory, or Cupcake to define your team's initial expectations.

Dynamic Team Grades: Stadium size affects your Atmosphere Grade, and which team you replace will impact your Championship Contender rating.

Custom Rivalries: Create up to five historical rivalries - complete with series record, last game result, and custom rivalry name.

Recruiting Pipelines: Choose your recruiting territories (e.g., Florida, California, Texas), and assign them Tier 1-5 strength levels to shape your long-term strategy.

Roster Customization Guide

Roster editing is deeper than ever in College Football 26. The process is now broken down into two core tabs:

1. Bio Tab

Name, height, weight, number, and appearance

Redshirt eligibility

Star rating out of high school

Dealbreaker Threshold - determines how quickly a player may transfer if unhappy

2. Skills & Abilities Tab

Archetype (Scrambler QB, Possession WR, etc.)

Development Trait (Slow, Normal, Fast)

Potential rating (Low/Medium/High)

Abilities System: Players receive Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers in:

Physical Abilities (tied to archetype)

Mental Abilities (non-upgradable; position-based)

For the first time, you can create high school teams from scratch. These can be used as:

Story tools for Dynasty backstories
