PoE 3.29 gives Vagan Trarthan Scarabs in Transportation and Enshrouded Uniques in Fortification, while Vorici's first two Fortification ranks now serve different socket goals. Vagan's Fortification change excludes Ruthless. When planning POE currency spending around these rewards, choose the outcome your item needs before committing to a member placement.

Choose Vagan's Division by Reward

Vagan's Transportation reward is a chest containing Trarthan Scarabs. His Fortification reward is a Trapped Stash containing Enshrouded Uniques, except in Ruthless. These are different reward types, so an older assignment recommendation may no longer suit your goal.

Choose Transportation when you want those Scarabs. Consider Fortification when Enshrouded Uniques are your target and the mode exception does not apply. A colour rating on a reward chart should not decide that choice for you.

Match Vorici's Rank to Your Socket Goal

Vorici's rank 1 Fortification bench reforges socket count 100 times and keeps the result with the most sockets. His rank 2 bench reforges socket colours 25 times and keeps the result with the most non-white sockets.

Check whether your item needs more sockets or a colour change before choosing the reward. The rank 2 selection rule counts non-white sockets; it does not promise your preferred colour combination. Treat those as different goals when preparing an item for the bench.

Read Quantity and Timer Changes Correctly

Safehouse Scarab Chests now drop twice as many Scarabs on average. Trapped Stashes allow 15 seconds, up from 10, and Cluster Jewels from Trapped Stashes and Crafting Sprees have a maximum item level of 83.

The Scarab increase is an average, not a fixed payout from every chest. Compare reward types first, then judge whether the possible outcome serves your plan; a larger average quantity alone does not make every Scarab reward your best choice.

Update Allflame and Talisman Expectations

Syndicate Leaders no longer drop Allflame Embers. The Mastermind's only possible Allflame Ember is The Allflame Ember of Kulemak, while Thane Jorgin's Talisman Crafting Spree supplies regular Currency rather than Tainted Currency.

Before your next Safehouse, match the intended reward to the member's division and rank. For an item-crafting goal, identify the exact socket change you need, then review which POE currency orbs belong in your remaining crafting plan.
