Interest Level
You can add up to 35 players to your recruiting board. Focus on those already showing interest and target needs first.
Recruiting Prospects
You'll have 50 recruiting hours per week, which you can use to:
Scout players to reveal their true ratings
Interact through social media, calls, and visits
Offer Scholarships (up to 35 annually)
Some prospects will have a gem icon, indicating they're underrated and highly valuable.
Don't neglect attention. If you fall out of a player's Top 8, Top 5, or Top 3, you'll lose your chance to sign them.
Selling Your Program
As recruiting progresses, players narrow down their top schools. Once they list your program:
Use Soft or Hard Sells
Soft Sells are low-risk when you're unsure of a recruit's interests.
Hard Sells give big gains but punish incorrect pitches.
Use the Sway option to adjust what a player values. If you've uncovered some of their motivations (e.g, playing time, academics, prestige), you can try to convince them to prioritize one of NCAA Football 26 Coins for sale those aspects more.
