The Fireworks objective is one of those ARC Raiders challenges that sounds easy until you actually try it. Players can spend plenty of time collecting ARC Raiders BluePrints, completing project stages, and preparing equipment, only to discover that dealing 100 damage with Fireworks requires a little more planning than the description suggests.

For anyone following the current event, ARC Raiders BluePrints can still be useful preparation, but the important part here is understanding the Fireworks Box and finding a way to keep a flying ARC inside its effective range. Once you control the enemy's movement, the challenge becomes far more manageable.

Why Players Struggle With The Objective

The objective requires 100 damage against a flying ARC with Fireworks. The problem is that the Fireworks Box naturally launches its payload upward.

Flying ARC enemies do not cooperate with that setup. They can move across the area, change altitude, and quickly leave the point where the fireworks are landing.

Trying to throw a box beneath them and activate it at the right moment can therefore become frustrating. A better strategy is to make the flying ARC stop flying.

Choose Your Fireworks Source

There are three practical ways to get the necessary equipment.

Completing Stage 5 of Phantom Targets provides the Fireworks Box Blueprint. After learning it, you can craft boxes at an Explosives Station Level 2 using one Explosive Compound and three Pop Triggers.

Shani is the quicker option if you already have enough Cred. She sells three Fireworks Boxes per day for 60 Cred.

You should also inspect your available quests. Apollo's Test Case can permanently unlock the blueprint, while Combat Recon and Movie Night can give you Fireworks Boxes directly.

Checking these options first can prevent unnecessary crafting.

Find A Suitable ARC

A medium-sized flying ARC is generally easier to manage than a tiny or extremely aggressive target. Hornets and Fireflies are practical choices.

Spaceport is particularly useful because the open areas give you room to identify the target and prepare the encounter.

Once you find one, resist the temptation to destroy it immediately.

Instead, shoot its propulsion rotors with your primary weapon. Your goal is to disable two rotors without killing the ARC.

When enough propulsion components have been damaged, the machine will drop to the ground and stagger.

That is your opportunity to use the Fireworks.

Build The Setup

Move away from the grounded ARC until you are roughly 10 meters from it. Place a Barricade Kit facing the enemy.

Next, attach the Fireworks Box to the barricade.

This placement is important because it changes the direction in which the fireworks are launched. Rather than sending the display almost straight upward, the barricade lets you create a much more direct line toward the grounded target.

Once everything is positioned correctly, remotely trigger the box.

The grounded ARC cannot simply fly away, so most of the fireworks can connect with it. In many cases, one complete activation is enough to reach the required 100 damage.

Try An Enclosed Location

There is another option for players who prefer using the environment.

After attracting a flying ARC such as a Wasp or Firefly, retreat into a covered structure. Areas around the Santa Maria houses and beneath the Spaceport launch towers can provide useful cover.

Put the Fireworks Box on the floor or mount it horizontally on an interior wall.

The structure limits the enemy's vertical movement. Since the ARC has less room to escape upward, the fireworks have a much better chance of hitting.

This approach can require more experimentation, but it is useful when you do not want to fight in an open area.

Protect Your Attempt

The event objective is easier when you treat the whole process as a short preparation sequence.

First, find the target. Second, damage the rotors. Third, create the barricade. Fourth, mount the Fireworks Box. Finally, trigger it while the ARC is still alive.

Avoid shooting too much during the first step. Destroying the target before the fireworks activate means you have to start over.

Carrying an extra box is also sensible if your inventory allows it. Another Raider, a second ARC, or an unexpected movement can ruin an otherwise good setup.

Extract After The Damage Registers

Do not immediately leave just because you saw the fireworks explode. Check that the required damage has actually been recorded.

After the objective is registered, prioritize extraction. The challenge is complete, and unnecessary fighting only creates another opportunity to lose the run.

Completing the final stage provides the Anvil IV and Anvil Splitter weapons, along with the Crash Mat Blueprint and Computer Mouse backpack charm.

If you are short on preparation time and want to reduce the amount of resource farming before your event run, ARC Raiders Loot for sale may also be an option worth considering.

A Straightforward Solution For The Deadline

The Fireworks objective is mainly about positioning rather than raw combat ability. The most dependable approach is to find a Hornet or Firefly, disable two of its rotors, and use a Barricade Kit to create a horizontal firing angle for the Fireworks Box.With Phantom Targets Part 2 and the Weekly Rust Belt Trials ending on September 6, 2026, there is little reason to keep postponing the final requirement. Once you understand how to control the target and use the environment, what initially feels like an awkward challenge becomes a short and repeatable part of your raid preparation.
