Return to Reeba’s Diner and find the soda machine behind the main counter. The soda machine acts as the mixing device. Stand at the machine and interact with it to fuse the three items. The game will consume the plant, jug, and eggs and then give you Juggernog. The perk appears as an active red bottle that you can pick up or have placed in a perk slot, depending on the map rules.
